It all starts from my village 3 kms from Sultanpur Lodhi in Punjab India where I was born on 04-October 1975. In my childhood, I was just like any other boy in Village but I had a zeal and passion to do something extra-ordinary.

When I grew up, I got fascinated by Body Builders and their fitness and saw the opportunity to make my career in Fitness. I then realized that almost everybody wants to be fit but they don’t find time to go to regular gyms. Then I experimented with different Exercises and Workouts which can be done at home and a person can become fit for his entire life without being dependent on medicines. To date, I have taught Fitness Mantras to thousand of Students & Adults in India and Overseas.
